Anxiety is a natural emotion that everyone can feel in response to a threat or a stressful situation. There are many different things that can make us feel anxious. For example, we may feel anxious when we are about to take an important exam, or when we are about to give a speech in public.
Take the anxiety test below to get a better understanding of your symptoms.
This anxiety test is a simple tool that can help give you a better understanding of your symptoms. This test will help you check if you are experiencing the most common symptoms of an anxiety disorder, however the results of this test should not be considered to be a diagnosis.
This anxiety test does not replace a full psychological assessment by a qualified mental health professional, and the results should not be used to self diagnose or to come up with a treatment plan.

Although it is a natural emotion, sometimes anxiety can become very difficult to manage and control. It can have a very large negative effect on quality of life if it is left ignored and untreated.
If you feel like you are struggling to cope with your anxiety, the best thing to do is to speak to a mental health professional. If you are unable to speak to a health professional, you can try speaking to a trusted family member or friend about your symptoms to see if they can support you whilst you look for professional help.
Educating yourself about your mental health struggles can be a very useful step in beginning to address those struggles and finding ways to manage them. We’ve created an article on anxiety which lists the different types of anxiety, as well as causes, symptoms and treatments.
